The final year for the type and a wonderful example that, in many respects, is finer than the 1839-dated Eliasberg coin graded MS63 by NGC. Ex: 'Colonel' E.H.R. Green; Green Estate' Partnership of Eric P Newman/B.G. Johnson." This type was struck in Santiago, [[Chile]], 1839-45 and a slightly refined design succeeded it 1846-51.
