This specimen was lot 2124 in Jean Elsen sale 160 (Brussels, November 2024), where it sold for €440 (about US$557 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SAINT EMPIRE, OLMÜTZ, Evêché, Wolfgang von Schrattenbach (1711-1738), AR Taler, 1724. D/ B. de l'évêque à d. R/ Grand écu ovale sous une mitre, une croix, une couronne et un chapeau de cardinal. Très Beau. (Austria, bishopric of Olmutz, Wolfgang of Schrattenbach, 1711-38, silver thaler of 1724. Obverse: bust of the bishop to right; reverse: large oval arms under a mitre, a cross, a crown and a cardinal's hat. Very fine.)"
This type was struck 1718-24 and is fairly common. There is considerable variation in the bust from year to year.
