This specimen was lot 1304 in Jean Elsen sale 159 (Brussels, June 2024), where it sold for €130 (about US$167 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"POLOGNE, Sigismond III Wasa (1587-1632), AR Ort, 1619, Danzig. D/ B. cuir. et couronné à d. R/ Ecu de Danzig tenu par deux lions. Très Beau. (kingdom of Poland, Sigismund III Vasa, 1587-1632, silver ort of 1619, Danzig mint. Obverse: armored and crowned bust right; reverse: arms of Danzig supported by two lions. Very fine.)"
This type was struck 1617-21. Mintages must have been substantial, as it is today common. An ort = ¼ thaler = 18 groszy.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
