This specimen was lot 73255 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "BULGARIA. 5 Leva, 1977. Sofia Mint. PCGS PROOF-68 Deep Cameo. Commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of Petko R. Slaveykov. Thoroughly charming, this wonderful piece displays a strong attractivity with the near flawless nature and beautifully frosted devices." This is one in a series of silver NCLT's struck to this module.
Wikipedia comments, "Petko Rachov Slaveykov (Bulgarian: Петко Рачов Славейков) (1827-95) was a Bulgarian poet, publicist, politician and folklorist."
