This specimen was lot 42611 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Oklahoma City, OK, August 2025), where it sold for $2,640. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. Daler, 1545. Svartsjo Mint. Gustaf I Vasa. PCGS Genuine--Repaired, EF Details. Obverse: Standing figure of Christ holding globus cruciger; Reverse: Standing figure of king holding sword and globus cruciger, shield at front. Repaired through the fields but well-detailed and fairly satisfactory as a representative of this popular type. From the Richard August Collection." This issue shares the mintage with the very similar Dav-8698, which has the obverse punctuated with stars and no flowers at Christ's feet.
