This specimen was lot 1102 in Goldberg sale 128 (Los Angeles, June 2022), where it sold for $228. The catalog description[1] noted, "Australia. 15 Dollars, 2012-P. Lunar series. Year of the Dragon. Choice Brilliant Uncirculated." In addition to this coin, which was also sold in a multicolor version (KM 1671a), this denomination was used for KM 1721 and 1848 (bell frog), KM 1722 and 1849 (kookaburra)), KM 1723 and 1850 (whale shark), KM 1724 and 1851 (kangaroo), KM 1725 and 1852 (goanna lizard) and KM 1844 (koala). All were one tenth ounce, either gold or platinum.
