This specimen was lot 1084 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it sold for €7,500 (about US$9,940 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 7.306 g, .958 fine gold, this specimen 7,14 g.
