This specimen was lot 1824 in Jean Elsen sale 144 (Brussels, March 2020), where it sold for €95 (about US$125 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NEDERLAND, WEST-FRIESLAND, AR Nederlandse rijksdaalder, 1621. Vz/ Geharnast en gelauwerd borstbeeld n.r. met zwaard en provinciewapen. Kz/ Gekroond Generaliteitswapen. Dubbelslag. Kras op kz. Zeer Fraai. (Netherlands, province of Westfriesland, Dutch rixdollar of 1621. Obverse: armored and laureate bust with sword and provincial arms; reverse: arms of the Generality. Double struck, planchet cracks, Very Fine.)"
This type is listed with the rosette mintmark 1607-29 (KM 15.1, shown here), lily mintmark 1616-19 and 1644-49 (KM 15.2), cinquefoil mintmark 1649-68, 1675, 1683, 1693 (KM 15.3) and no mintmark (KM 15.4, 1622-23). The bad strike shown here is normal.
Recorded mintage: unknown but not rare.
