This specimen was lot 4698 in Sincona sale 95 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 1,300 CHF (about US$1,802 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Zürich, Stadt und Kanton, Dukat 1758, Zürich. Fast vorzüglich. Kleine Kratzer. Exemplar der Auktion SINCONA 1, Zürich, Juni 2011, Los 2007. (Switzerland, canton of Zürich, ducat of 1758, Zürich mint. About Extremely Fine, Small scratches.)"
This type was struck 1718-61, 1767. Despite the many years of issue, it is still expensive. In 1798, the canton of Zürich was forcibly incorporated into the Helvetic Republic.
