This specimen was lot 89 in Sincona sale 88 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 450 CHF (about US$595 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"IRAN, Afsharid Dynasty, Ebrahim, as formal ruler, 1161-1162 AH (1748-1749). Shahi 1161 AH (1748), Isfahan Mint. Äusserst selten; Extremely rare. NGC MS62. Purchased from A. Saeedi, London, in 1989."

Nader Shah's assassination in AH 1160 left no clear successor and his sons and nephews contended for the throne backed by shifting tribal alliances. Adel Shah, ruler AH 1160-1161, yielded to Ibrahim in AH 1161-1162. This denomination is listed for Adel Shah only.
