This specimen was lot 2439 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$959 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "GREECE, Otto, 1832-1862. 5 Drachmen 1844, Athen. Very rare. Very fine." This type was struck 1833 and 1844-45 for king Otto I (1832-62), with the later dates being very scarce.
