This specimen was lot 2183 in Stephen Album sale 27 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2017), where it sold for $99.87. The catalog description[1] noted, "JAMMU: Ranjit Dev, 1742-1780, AR rupee, Dar al-Aman Jammun, VS1841 year 27. Ornate umbrella at upper right corner of obverse, EF to About Unc, ex Paul Stevens Collection." Years 27 and 28 are the only listed in the SCWC. Jammu was later absorbed into Kashmir and its coinage ceased.
