This specimen was lot 11332 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €65 (about US$68). The catalog description^[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 4 Öre, 1678 - DF. Stockholm Mint. Karl XI. NGC EF Details--Scratches. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1667-84 and 1716-18 in substantial quantities. It is common in worn condition. Eight öre made a mark and six mark made a riksdaler.

Recorded mintage: 1,258,000.
