This specimen was lot 1530 in Stephen Album sale 41 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2021), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "TURKEY: AV 50 kurush, 2003, KM-871, NGC graded MS65." This monnaie de luxe was struck 1942-2013 for use in jewelry. It is wider and thinner than the fifty kuruş struck for bullion. It is not known circulated.
