This specimen was lot 1226 in Sincona sale 90 (Zurich, May 2024), where it sold for 20 CHF (about US$27 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Französisch Indochina, 1 Cent 1911 A, Paris. PCGS MS63RB. (French Indochina, one cent of 1911, Paris mint, uncirculated.)"

This one cent piece is one of a type issued for French Indo-China during 1908-23, 1926-31, 1937-39. French Indochina was occupied by the Japanese in 1940.
