This specimen was lot 2122 in Sincona sale 73 (Zurich, November 2021), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted,

This NCLT was part of a series extending 2002-17, honoring Spanish art and history. It was accompanied by KM 1222 (silver 50 euro).
