Sincona sale 39, lot 4877

This specimen was lot 4877 in Sincona sale 39 (Zurich, May 2017), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$720 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SWITZERLAND | Confederation, 50 Franken 2007 B. Bern 100 Jahre Schweizerische Nationalbank. Im Originaletui und mit Zertifikat der Swissmint. Polierte Platte. FDC. (confederation of Switzerland, fifty francs of 2007, Bern mint, on the centennial of the Swiss National Bank. In original box and mint certificate. Choice Proof.)"

Recorded mintage: 6,000 proofs.

Specification: 11.29 g, .900 fine gold, 25.1 mm diameter, this specimen 11.30 g.
