This specimen was lot 72017 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2021), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAQ. 5 Para, AH 1231 (1815). Governor Sa'id Pasa. NGC VF-30. Variety with governor's name inside octogram. A well detailed and wholesome circulated coin with some roughness to the edges (as made)." The SCWC says the governor was beheaded for issuing this coin.
