This specimen was lot 8274 in Ponterio sale 160 (Baltimore, June 2011), where it sold for $1,380. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Germany|GERMANY]]. Schwarzburg. Taler, 1606. Joint Rule VII. Toned. NGC VF-35." This type is recorded in the SCWC as joint coinage for all the divisions of Schwarzburg, including [[German States, Schwarzburg-Sondershausen|-Sondershausen]], [[German States, Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt|-Rudolstadt]] and -Arnstadt. All are scarce to rare.
