This specimen was lot 3281 in Künker sale 405 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €850 (about US$1,115 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''DIE REICHSSTADT REGENSBURG. DIE ZEIT DES KAISERS JOSEF II., 1765-1790. Goldmünzen aus der Zeit des Kaisers Josef II. 1/10 Dukat o. J. (1745-1765). Münzmeister Georg Christoph Busch. Stempelschneider vermutlich Johann Nikolaus Körnlein. GOLD. RR Vorzüglich.'' ([[German States, Regensburg|city of Regensburg]], undated one tenth ducat, struck in the name of Joseph II. Very rare, extremely fine.)"</blockquote> We will follow Friedberg and the SCWC and file this under Francis I and not Joseph II. This is the only time this denomination was issued at this locale.
