The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[India, Madras Presidency|MADRAS PRESIDENCY]]: AE 1/2 dub, 1808 (small date), denomination in Persian on obverse, ½ DUB in English below Telugu legend on reverse, VF, ex Solar Collection." The date is shown in Arabic numerals ("۱۸۰۸").
