This specimen was lot 24737 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $336. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "RUSSIA. [[Livonia]] & Estonia. 24 Kopek, 1757. Elizabeth I (1741-61). PCGS VF-35 Secure Holder. Toned." This coin was issued by the tsarina for the recently occupied province of Livonia, now part of [[Latvia]]. The region was conquered from pagan tribes by the Teutonic Knights and after their collapse, traded among [[Poland]], [[Sweden]] and Russia, which held it 1721-1918. This denomination was accompanied by [[Livonia 1757 2 kopeks|two]], [[Livonia 1757 4 kopeks|four]], [[Livonia 1757 96 kopeks|96]] and [[Livonia 1757 48 kopeks|48 kopeks]] and was minted in Moscow.
