This specimen was lot 2886 in Sincona Auction 101 (Zürich, October 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"[[Iran|IRAN]] Qajar Dynasty, Nasir al-Din Shah, 1264-1313 AH (1848-1896). 2000 Dinars (1/5 Toman) n. d. (1901), Tehran Mint. NGC MS62. ''Das durch PCGS höchstbewertete Exemplar'', Finest certified by PCGS."</blockquote> The SCWC mentions this type dated 1319 and 1323 but does not note any undated examples. We'll take the auctioneer's word that it was made in 1901.
