This specimen was lot 4264 in Sincona sale 77 (Zürich, May 2022), where it sold for 22,000 CHF (about US$26,704 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''SWITZERLAND | Glarus, Schilling o. J. (1610-1618), Glarus. MON:NO:GLARONENS. Gekrönter Doppeladler mit Kreuz. Rv. SAN - FRIDOLI - N9. Hl. Fridolin mit Bibel und Wanderstab. Nachtrag in Helvet. Münzenzeitung Mai 1987, Nr. 749. Sehr selten in dieser Erhaltung. Fast vorzüglich.'' ([[Switzerland]], [[Switzerland, Glarus|canton of Glarus]], undated schilling, circa 1610-18. Obverse: crowned double headed eagle with cross; reverse: St. Fridolin with bible and staff. Very rare in this condition, About extremely fine.)"</blockquote> This type also comes dated 1617. Both are very rare, as is all the coinage of the canton prior to the Helvetic Republic.
