This specimen was lot 3840 in Sincona sale 9 (Zurich, October 2012), where it sold for 4,200 CHF (about US$5,312 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''DEUTSCHLAND Rostock, Stadt Dukat 1783. Titel Josef II. Stadtwappen auf Eichenzweigen. Rv. Gekrönter, nimbierter Doppeladler mit Reichsapfel auf der Brust. Gutes vorzüglich.'' ([[Germany]], city of Rostock, ducat of 1783, in the name of Joseph II; obverse: city arms; reverse: crowned, nimbate, double headed eagle with "reich apple" on the breast. Good extremely fine.)"</blockquote>  Another extremely rare issue.
