This specimen was lot 4603 in SINCONA Auction 98 (Zürich, May 2025), where it sold for 150 CHF (about US$218 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Zürich, Stadt und Kanton, Schilling 1518, Zürich. Selten. Fast sehr schön. (Switzerland, city and canton of Zürich, schilling of 1518, Zürich mint. Rare, About Very Fine.)"
This type was struck 1518-19, 1526-27, 1530, 1533, 1555, 1584, 1588-94 and undated. One thaler was 72 schilling.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specifications: 1.25 g, billon, 21 mm diameter, this specimen 1.38 g.
