Aureo y Calicó sale 423, lot 1883

This specimen was lot 1883 in Aureo y Calicó sale 423 (Barcelona, December 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Vatican. 2003. John Paul II. 50 euro. The Ten Commandments. In official case with certificate. Mintage of 2800 pieces. Rare. AU. Proof." This denomination was used for NCLT's in 2002 and later for pope Benedict.
