United States 1947-D dime

This dime was introduced in 1946 to honor president Franklin Roosevelt who had died in office the previous year. It was issued in silver 1946-64 and converted to copper-nickel clad copper in 1965, in which alloy it is still being minted. None of the silver issues are rare tho the 1949-S and 1950-S are slightly scarce. The poster of these images noted this specimen as coming from the Omaha Bank Hoard.
