This issue is from a type struck 1892-1916 at Philadelphia (shown here), Denver, New Orleans and San Francisco. Altho it is low mintage for a Philadelphia issue, it obtains little premium.
Recorded mintage: 950,762.
Specification: 12.5 g, 0.900 fine silver, .361 troy oz ASW, reeded edge, designed by Charles Barber.
