This specimen was lot 2431 in Stephen Album sale 39 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $102. The catalog description[1] noted, "TURKEY: Abdul Hamid II, 1876-1909, AE 5 para, Kostantiniye, AH1293 year 4, PCGS graded MS63 BN." This type was struck in copper for years 2-4. This denomination was suspended until a billon issue was made years 25 and 26 (KM 743).

Recorded Mintage: 850,000.

Specification: 0.60 g, 0.830 fine silver.
