This specimen was lot 1443 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $1,040. The catalog description[1] noted, "TUNISIA: Muhammad al-Sadiq Bey, 1859-1882, AV 25 piastres, Tunis, AH1291, also citing the Ottoman sultan Abdul Aziz, NGC graded MS64." This denomination is called a 25 rials in Numista. It was struck AH 1278-1291 and is priced as a bullion coin in the SCWC.
