This specimen was lot 12297 in Ponterio sale 169 (Baltimore, November 2012), where it sold for $374. The catalog description[1] noted, "TUNISIA. 100 Franc, 1935. PCGS MS-65 Secure Holder." This type was issued 1930-37 but only the 1930, 1932 and 1935 are collectible. This issue was struck to the standard of the French hundred francs of 1935-36.
Recorded mintage: 3,000.
