This specimen was lot 1274 in Jean Elsen sale 160 (Brussels, November 2024), where it sold for €320 (about US$405 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"TOURNAI, Seigneurie, Albert et Isabelle (1598-1621), AR triple réal, 1608. Avec tour au droit et au revers. D/ B. accolés à g. R/ Ecu parti d'Autriche-Bourgogne, couronné, sur une croix de Bourgogne, orné du bijou de la Toison d'or. G.H. 292-7b; Delm-247; Hoc 383; VH 594. Légère faiblesse de frappe. Eclat du flan. Belle patine foncée. Très Beau à Superbe. Provient de notre vente 102, 12 septembre 2009, 715. (lordship of Tournai, Albert and Isabella, 1598-1621, silver triple real of 1608, with tower mintmark on obverse and reverse. Obverse: accolated busts to left; reverse: crowned impaled arms of Austria and Burgundy over a Burgundian cross decorated with the jewels of the Golden Fleece. Slightly weakly struck, edge crack, nice toning, very fine to extremely fine.)"

The SCWC lists this for 1605-09 while Numista adds 1610 and 1611. Other triple reals were struck in Antwerp and Bruges.
