This specimen was lot 31847 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $352.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Oscar II Proof 25 Ore 1905-EB, Proof 67 NGC. A superb coin with absolutely pristine surfaces and wonderful eye appeal. Certainly among the finest known for this date. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R. Green; Green Estate' Partnership of Eric P Newman / B.G. Johnson." This type is listed for 1874, 1880-1905 and this date is fairly common.
