This specimen was lot 11280 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €264 (about US$275). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. Öre, 1635. Göteborg Mint. Kristina. NGC VF-30. Variation with (NOV) in legend. From the L. E. Bruun Collection. Ex: Ole Devegge Collection (Copenhagen-1851/1867) Lot # 5835a." The death of Gustavus Adolphus in 1632 completely disrupted Swedish dreams of becoming a Great Power. This type was struck 1635-36. The Goteborg mint closed in 1636.

Specifications: 1.23 g, 0.375 fine silver, 18-19 mm diameter, this specimen 1.16 g.
