This specimen was lot 75435 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $216. The catalog description[1] noted, "SURINAME. Duit, 1764. Enkhuizen Mint. PCGS EF-45. Short grass divides date. Struck under Governor Wigbold Crommelin. A well struck, although circulated one year type." A long grass variety exists (KM 8.2) but is priced the same.
Recorded mintage: 160,000.
