Sinzendorf 1726 ducat Fr-3290
This specimen was lot 6573 in Künker sale 336 (Osnabruck, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €3,400 (about US$4,449 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NEUBURG AM INN, GRAFSCHAFT, Philipp Ludwig von Sinzendorf, 1671-1742. Dukat 1726, Wien. GOLD. RR Fast vorzüglich. Aus der Sammlung Dr. Karl Walter Bach, München. (Germany, county of Neuburg on the Inn, Philipp Ludwig von Sinzendorf, 1671-1742, ducat of 1726, Vienna mint. Rare, about extremely fine.)"
This type is listed in the SCWC under the Friedberg number. This and Fr-3291 (1753 ducat) are the only issues of the eighteenth century from this Austrian family.
