This specimen was lot 76361 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2025), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "CHINA. Sinkiang. 10 Cash, CD (1930). NGC AU-58." This type was struck years 6, 7 and 10 in many varieties arising from the hand cut dies. This variety should have a star with rays at the center but a scratch has obscured that part of the design.
