This specimen was lot 533 in Künker sale 400 (Berlin, February 2024), where it sold for €28,000 (about US$36,325 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

GEORGII & POLISTINAE . 1732. Gekröntes Wappen auf Wappenmantel. Von größter Seltenheit. Sehr attraktives Exemplar mit hübscher Patina, fast vorzüglich. Exemplar der Auktion Numismatica Ars Classica 35, Zürich 2006, Nr. 487. (Italy, marquisate of San Giorgio, Jacob Dominic Milan, tallero of 1732, Vienna mint. San Giorgio war ein spanisches Lehen in der Provinz Reggio. 1731 erhielt der Markgraf von San Giorgio Giovanni Domenico von Kaiser Karl VI. die Aufwertung zum Fürsten und das Recht zur Münzherstellung. Dieses nutzte er ausschließlich im Jahr 1732, als er vier Nominale (Doppio Zecchino, Zecchino, Tallero und ½ Tallero) in der Münzstätte Wien herstellen ließ. (San Giorgio was a Spanish fiefdom in the province of Reggio. In 1731 the Margrave of San Giorgio, Giovanni Domenico, received from Emperor Charles VI the elevation to prince and the right to produce coins. He only used this in 1732, when he had four denominations (Doppio Zecchino, Zecchino, Tallero and ½ Tallero) produced at the Vienna mint.)"

This rare type is listed in the SCWC as a scudo. At the time this was issued, Naples was ruled by the Austrians, who were forced to return it to the Spanish in 1738.
