This specimen was lot 2272 in Goldberg's NY International sale 59 (New York, January 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "10 Kopecks 1966. Y-130. Authenticated and graded by NGC PL 62 (#6349513-017). Brilliant uncirculated, Prooflike strike." The mintages of this type produced 1961-91 are not recorded but most dates are common. The years 1965-68 must have seen a cutback in production as all those dates are scarce. Proofs are unlisted.
