This specimen was lot 22226 in Heritage sale 3004 (Orlando, January 2009), where it sold for $9,775. The catalog description[1] noted, "Anna Novodel gold 1.5 Ducat 1738, Bust right/Triple crowned Imperial eagle, MS63 NGC. A superbly struck example with brilliant luster and fully prooflike surfaces. Little of the die rust often seen on gold Novodels is present on this exceptional specimen. Ex: Stack's C.I.C.F. Sale, March 4 & 5, 1988, Lot 1459." This denomination never entered production so it is no more than a pattern tho it may have been struck considerably later than the date on the coin.
