This specimen was lot 741 in Steve Album Auction 52 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $1,320. The catalog description[1] noted, "REWAH: Vishnavath Singh, 1835-1843, AE 2 paisa, ND, Nagari sikka rewah surrounded by unread text // crudely engraved English Text, "sree rama dheke ree", with outer circle on both sides, pleasing VF, R." This obscure issue from this state in central India has a low catalog value; this example realized eleven times the catalog value.
