This specimen was lot 33618 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "People's Republic Proof 100000 Zlotych 1990 PR69 Ultra Cameo NGC. Frédéric Chopin issue with a mintage of 10,000 pieces." This is one of many NCLT's issued by the cash-desperate communist regime in its final days.
