Peru 1938 centavo

This specimen is a later date of a series of bronze centavos issue in Peru 1901-49. Numerous varieties exist, depending on the spacing and size of the legends. This is the "straight centavo" type (KM 211).

Recorded mintage: 340,000.

Specification: bronze, 19.5 diameter, plain edge.
