This specimen was lot 1258 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €1,700 (about US$2,366 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIEN, KIRCHENSTAAT/VATIKAN, Benedikt XIII. 1724-1730. Zecchino 1729, Rom. GOLD. R Etwas gewellt, sehr schön. (Italy, Papal States, Benedict XIII, 1724-30, zecchino of 1729, Rome mint. Bent, very fine.)"
This rare one year type was the only ducat issued by Benedict XIII.
