Sincona sale 80, lot 2830

This specimen was lot 2830 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY | Vatican - Church State, Paul V. 1605-1621. Scudo 1617 / Anno XIII, Roma. Rare, Very fine." This rare type accompanied a doppia and a quadrupla (Fr-107. St. Paul, namesake of the pope, is shown standing on the reverse.
