This specimen was lot 30978 in Heritage sale 3081 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $900. The catalog description[1] noted, "Italy: Papal States. Paul V Testone Anno VI (1610) MS64 NGC, Rome mint. A stunning near gem from a period of papal coinage where few issues survive in uncirculated condition at all--the present piece standing a full head and shoulders above the usually VF or worse examples so frequently seen of the type." Berman notes this type for years IV, VI and VII. It is along the commoner of the eighteen different testone listed for Paul V.
