Olmutz 1713 thaler Dav-1215
This specimen was lot 3511 in Sincona Auction 101 (Zürich, October 2025), where it sold for 350 CHF (about US$528 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RDR / ÖSTERREICH Olmütz, Bistum, Wolfgang von Schrattenbach, 1711-1738. Taler 1713, Kremsier. Gutes sehr schön. Kleiner Schrötlingsfehler und Kratzer. (Austria, bishopric of Olmütz, Wolfgang von Schrattenbach, 1711-38, thaler of 1713, Kremsier mint. Good Very Fine, Minor flan flaws and scratches.)"
This two-year type is among the commoner issues of this state. Olmütz, then in Moravia, is now Olomuoc in the Czech Republic.
