The first specimen was lot 3148 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $119. The catalog description[1] noted, "NEPAL: Tribhuvan Bir Bikram, 1911-1955, AR ½ mohar, VS1971, NGC graded MS63." The second specimen was lot 3782 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $60. The catalog description[2] noted, "NEPAL: Tribhuvan Bir Bikram, 1911-1950, AR 1/2 mohar, VS1968 (1911), a lovely example, PCGS graded MS63." This type was struck VS 1968-1971.
