This specimen was lot 3784 in Goldberg sale 70 (Los Angeles, September 2012), where it sold for $1,380. The catalog description[1] noted, "Nepal. Tola, VS1947 (1890). Plain edge. Prithvi Bir Bikram, 1881-1911. NGC graded Uncirculated, Details (Surface Hairlines)." This type is listed for 1890 only. It sold for multiples of the catalog value, perhaps reflecting its true rarity.
